For years, Karsh Consulting, P.C. has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Karsh Consulting, P.C.'s expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.

Our mission is to help clients maintain financial viability in the present while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of our clients' needs, thorough research, and sound analysis. Karsh Consulting, P.C. is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Jim is the President of Karsh Consulting, P.C., a firm specializing in Business Valuation and Litigation Support Services. Jim has been a Certified Public Accountant, since 1973. In 1994, he received his Certificate as a Personal Financial Specialist and in 1995, he received his Certificate as a Certified Valuation Analyst. In 1996, Jim received the AICPA, Certificate of Educational Achievement, Business Valuation.
Jim worked at Arthur Anderson & Co. from 1970 through 1980. He left as an experienced Audit Manager. His responsibilities included auditing, accounting, and consulting for private and public companies and entities. He was in private industry from 1981 to 1986 working for a natural resource mining company and an oil and gas company.
Jim is a member of NACVA, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Division.
Jim has served on the CSCPA Board of Directors (1996-1999), CSCPA Litigation Support Committee (1995-1998), CSCPA Personal Financial Planning Committee (1991-1994), CSCPA Professional Ethics Board (1990-1991) and Centennial Estate Planning Council, President (1993-1994). Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of Sport Haley, Inc. and Chairman of Audit Committee (2004-2006).
Jim has given a wide range of professional presentations related to business evaluation, taxation and accounting. Jim has been qualified as an expert witness in many Colorado District Courts and United States District and Bankruptcy Court testifies on average 20 to 30 times a year.
